Rub a small amount onto nipples as often as needed. All ingredients are safe for baby so you do not need to wash nipples before feeding. Apply after nursing, not directly before. Although it is safe to use prior to nursing you want your little one to latch without anything in his or her way. It will also be most beneficial after nursing.

Can be used during pregnancy to help prepare the nipples for breastfeeding & can also be used for a variety of other skin problems to aid in healing and pain relief. Use in the last month of pregnancy to create healthy, flexible tissues that stand up to the demands of breastfeeding. After birth, condition nipples after feedings to aid in comfort and healing of the following:

Calendula Flower - Contains both wound healing and antiseptic properties. Extremely soothing and moisturizing. Great for treating skin problems of all kinds such as burns, sunburn, diaper rash and scrapes. Contains phyto-chemicals that oppose bacteria, viruses and fungi. Also an anti-inflammatory.

Coconut Oil - Promotes healthy skin regeneration and moisture. Helps fight off thrush and infections. Extremely moisturizing.

Almond Oil - Loaded with Vitamin E it can deeply moisturise dry skin whilst also being gentle on sensitive skin.

Beeswax - Promotes new, healthy skin growth. Hydrates, softens and calms the skin. Also an antibacterial agent.
