Keep in mind that dietary supplementation should not be considered a "quick fix" to temporarily stimulate low energy levels, but is best applied in a tonifying manner.

ashwaganda - is over-abundant with antioxidants, iron, and amino acids that positively affect your body once you consume it. Ashwagandha also contains an active ingredient called withanolides that help combat the stress and anxiety of your daily routine. It instantly provides energy to your entire body. It also enables the body to reserve some of it for future use. The stored energy stabilizes your mood, helping you to stay active and concentrate better.

astralgus - might be a good herbal ally to add to your morning and/or mid-day routine. Also called an "energy tonic", it is often classified with other activating herbs, such as ginseng, for its energy restorative attributes. It is a particularly great dietary supplement for today's busy fast-paced lifestyle as it can provide the necessary support to help guard against the impacts of daily life stress and its repercussions on long-term health.

green tea - caffeine Boost Without the jitters. A cup of green tea has around 24-40 milligrams of caffeine, which is considerably lower than a cup of coffee, which averages 95-200 milligrams. One of the best benefits of green tea is that you can get the caffeine buzz without overdoing it. This allows you to be more productive without bouncing off the walls.

ginkgo - can also help increase energy, as it supports the cells’ healthy production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the body’s cellular fuel, while also supporting the body's use of glucose for energy.

Siberian ginseng - Chronic fatigue syndrome is a notoriously complex condition with a myriad of causes, including infection, mental health and genetic factors. This type of ginseng may simply be more effective against some causes of fatigue.

maca - Maca is very different from other types of energizers on the market. It contains no caffeine, no processed sugar and no pharmaceutical energy enhancers. What that means is that Maca boosts your energy in a balanced and sustained manner and that it never stresses your adrenal glands like the aforementioned energy enhancers.

oregano - contains high levels of antioxidants that can help protect the body from illness. It's also been shown to aid in digestion during animal trials and fight off energy-sapping conditions like candida overgrowth and parasite infections.

nettle - gives energy and vitality – ideal if you suffer from chronic fatigue, have low energy or have a weakened immune system

rhodiola rosea - alleviates fatigue, improving physical and mental performance & energy under stressful situations.

reishi - Keeping our endocrine systems in check is essential for quality living. When hormones spike and fall, it has adverse effects on our mood, energy levels and mental clarity. Reishi helps our bodies balance hormones by decreasing the levels of aromatase. Aromatase is responsible for the conversion of hormones, and tends to be overactive in unbalanced systems. By regulating our hormones, improved energy levels is just one of the many benefits.

tulsi - A powerful stress relieving adaptogen known to naturally improve energy levels.

Adults use 1-2ml one - three times  a day when needed with a small cup of water to help assist with energy.
