Iron absorption is enhanced with Vitamin C so we created one that is rich in herbs that contain both iron and Vitamin C.


Nettle - is nutrient dense and eating it regularly can supply you with the needed vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients that are most likely missing from your diet. Nettle infusions are a reliable way to boost iron levels.


Dandelion - For many herbalists dandelion is much more than a nutritious weed. Its a reminder that a simple and common weed can offer us important gifts as both food and medicine.They are  high in micronutrients and phytonutrients like iron, manganese, carotenes, calcium, and potassium. 


Yellow Dock - is regularly used as an herbal treatment for iron deficiency anemia. Yellow dock has high levels of iron and is a traditional remedy for pregnant women who may experience both anemia and constipation.


Hibiscus flower - tangy and tart with a hint of sweetness. antioxidant rich, antimicrobial.

Hawthorn berries -are rich in anti-oxidants which add to the list of its benefits as well. The rich concentration of antioxidant properties definitely adds to the hawthorn berry health benefits in flushing out of the harmful toxins from the body.

Rose Hips -

In addition to vitamin C, rose hips contain high levels of polyphenols and vitamins A and E, all of which help strengthen and protect your immune system.

Lemon Grass - Anti-fungal and anti-microbial lemon grass also has powerful antibacterial properties, which is why it’s a common ingredient in homemade cleaners. It’s also a powerful antioxidant, which can be beneficial to the immune system. 



Adults take 1-2ml one-three times a day.  

Children take 1ml one-two times a day.

Children under 2 take 1 drop per five pounds weight as needed or desired.
