Description

Memory & Focus Support is a powerful combination of adaptogens and natural nootropics proven to enhance cognitive function and brain processes. May help to improve your mood, memory, concentration, alertness and ability to learn. Formulated to: enhance cognitive function, support brain health, reduce mental fatigue & fogginess, improve mood, memory & alertness

ashwaganda - For focus, concentration, and memory, Ashwagandha has been shown in many studies to enhance all aspects of cognitive function.

black cumin seed - Given that Acetylcholine is an extremely important compound in the body for memory retention, brain function, muscle function, REM sleep, and endocrine system regulation, it would make sense that you would want enough available for your body to use efficiently. Thankfully, black seed has a powerful ability to inhibit AChE, an enzyme that breaks down Acetylcholine in the body. This effect can be attributed to it’s high Thymohydroquinone content, one of the strongest natural acetylcholinesterase inhibitors. By inhibiting acetylcholinesterase, acetylcholine is broken down at a much slower rate. This allows for more activation of cognition enhancing acetylcholine receptors.

Siberian ginseng - All species of ginseng contains ginsenosides, compounds unique to ginseng that are responsible for this herb’s many physical and mental health benefits. Over 100 ginsenosides have been discovered so far; they have been found to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective properties. They also stimulate the release of acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter associated with learning and memory.

cranberry - there is a specific compound contained in cranberries called ursolic acid. This acid has generated buzz for its possible anti-cancer effects. But recent research from Xuzhou Normal University in China suggests that ursolic acid may also help protect brain cells from injury or degeneration.

lemon balm - the first proper scientific investigation into the benefits of lemon balm has found it enhances the memory and could even help patients with Alzheimer's disease. Researcher Dr David Kennedy found that healthy young adults given capsules containing doses of the plant's dried leaves were significantly better at standardised computer memory tests than those who took a placebo. They also scored higher in another standard test that measured calmness. They found that the higher the dose, the bigger the effect on both memory and mood.

lion's mane - Considered a natural nootropic, which is known to enhance cognitive abilities. May even repair nerve damage and boost the immune system.

sage - In 1597, well-known herbalists detailed how sage is good for the brain and "quickens the nerves and memory." Over the years, people have added it to teas for just that reason -- to improve memory. And now, researchers say there's proof that this wise tale of medicine may actually work.

turmeric - New evidence suggests there may be significant benefits to brain health, including chronic disease prevention. Curcumin contains neuroprotective properties to preserve mental acuity. Therefore, turmeric may have the ability to boost memory function, reduce brain fog, and enhance overall cognition.

eluthero - Contains active compounds that may improve memory, boost human cognition and relieve fatigue.

rosemary - Research says it improves cognitive functioning andmay improve brain functioning. Rosemary also recharges your body, making you feel fresh and active, making you ready to take on to your challenges for the day. Such boosts to the energy levels increase motive and focus throughout the day.

rhiodola rosea - Scientifically proven to reduce mental fatigue and improve performance on work-related tasks.
